The role of the Care Review Workgroup is to provide hands-on support to Child and Family teams struggling with complicated family situations. Various public and private professionals and community representatives volunteer their time to work together on Care Review teams so that they can be a resource to all members of any Child and Family Team wrestling with complex issues and needs that cut across multiple areas of life (e.g., health, housing, finances, social support, etc.) Care Review Team members are committed to finding solutions and breaking down barriers to obtain services that can help be solutions. They are knowledgeable about and can help CFTs access best practice services and supports.
