The Durham System of Care (DSOC) is an organizational framework, an approach, a way of 'doing business' driven by values and principles that enables our community to better meet the needs of individuls, children and families. It is not a program but a way to use teamwork to organize and support a coordinated aray of community services and resources.

As an individual:
- Actively contribute by sharing resources and expertise as a member of the Community Collaborative
- If asked to participate on a Child and Family Team or Recovery team, say yes
- Actively contribute by sharing resources and expertise as a member of the Community Collaborative
- Deliver your services through Child and Family Teams or Recovery Teams
- Be accountable to Durham's System of Care common outcomes
